This site has been created by Matt Isherwood, a UX consultant who helps ecommerce sites improve their design via evidence (not assumptions). He wanted to provide others with the templates he actually uses when working.
He is a big believer in designing with evidence, because as satisfying as a slick prototype can be, without research it is nothing. Designing by guesswork is a bad idea so he uses a range of qualitative and quantitative evidence-gathering methods to create a solid UX design process.
Matt has over 10 years experience as a UX designer, including at the BBC, onefinestay, and has since consulted with a range of growing businesses. He also taught UX design workshops for four years with General Assembly, as well as bespoke training for various companies.
He has written articles for the likes of the InVision blog, UX Collective, and UX Planet, and wrote the book Designing Ecommerce Websites.
